Our impact

Through ongoing monitoring and evaluation we continue to improve our services to ensure our beneficiaries have the best standard of Islamic Education.

As our Prophet (PBUH) said: “None of you will believe until you love for your brother what you love for yourself” (Bukhari & Muslim).

Our Madrasa Champions!

Alhumdollillah:

Over the last 5 years, over 460 refugee children in the UK had access to madrasa education with our support

Many of our sponsoree refugee children have progressed so well that teachers have sign posted them onto Hifz program (memorisation of the Quran).

Parents have reported they are able to use their limited finances on other essential needs such as food, clothing, transportation, heat and electricity.

Madrasa staff have reported that the madrasa environment has offered refugee families a meeting point, a sense of belonging, a place to build new connections with those of similar faith, language and cultural background, a place to access information and guidance for other needs such as volunteer roles, work experience, English lesson, translator assistance.

Through making new friends who are British born, raised in the U.K. Who share similar values, culture and language facilitates an organic and more comfortable integration into British life which doesn’t require refugees to compromise their own values and muslim identity.

The natural and gentle integration into British life has had benefits to the overall mental and emotional well-being of refugees, both children and adults.
